Returns Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened candles or spa products
- Gift sets that have been opened or used
- Sale or discounted items
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
